What is is Staging?

Staging is the process of preparing a home for sale. Staging is not decorating. Decorating is personal. Staging is not. With the goal of selling the home faster and for more money we'll stage your property the way that appeals to broad range of potential buyers. Staging can benefit any property - from small condos to large estates.
Want to sell your home faster and for more money?  Stage it!
"The investment in Home Staging costs less than first price reduction!"

First Impressions

Most buyers decide in the first 30 seconds whether a house is right for them. That is the time a seller has to capture their interest, and staging will help maximize the impact those seconds to ensure a quick sale!

Staging Tips From Our ASP Team

Curb Appeal

Is important! You want your buyers to get out of the car and walk into your house?

Has your landscaping overgrown the house? Remember "You can't sell it if you can' see it". Cut back all shrubs to window height that block light or view from windows.

Move all children's toys to your backyard to one area.

De-Clutter

“Clutter eats equity!” The longer you live in a home, the more cluttered it becomes. You’re about to move anyway, so we’ll help you get a head start by telling you what to pack up and store out of sight of your buyers. "Buyers only see what it is not the way it's going to be."

De-Personalize

We recommend you pack up all collections. They became a distraction for buyers from desired focal point...your home! Remember we want to sell your house not your stuff! Also we recommend to reduce the amount of personal photos to a minimum.

Neutalize

The goal of staging is to create a space that appeals to a broad range of potential buyers with beautiful yet neutral décor. As soon as they walk into the space buyers begin to mentally "move in" to your home, so it's important they feel as if their own style and furnishings could fit right in. We will neutralize your home’s décor to give it the broadest possible appeal and make any buyer feel right at home.

Clean Up

"Detail your house like you detail your car!"

Be sensitive to ODORS, because buyers are! Remember

"You can't sell it if you can SMELL IT!"
