APPLICATION PROCESS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Thank you for choosing one of our listings as your new home.  All applicants of age 18 and older must submit an application.  In order to expedite your application, the following information is required:

 

• Completed application (2 pages), please remember to sign, including complete employment information, email address, current residence information i.e. landlord phone # and or mortgage information. Please fill out all lines.

• Copy of your Driver’s License

• Bring your social security card to your appointment when submitting an application

• Proof of income, in the form of a recent paycheck stub covering last three months of income or bank statement showing direct deposit or dividend payments, or tax forms showing your adjusted gross income.

• $35.00 application fee per application

• Credit report authorization forms signed

 

 

Without the above information we will be unable to reserve your location or process your application.  Upon Approval of your application, you will be asked to pay the balance of the security deposit within 24 hours or risk losing the reservation.
