Biographie

 

Working as a Broker/Realtor, Investor and Interpreneur has been one of the most  rewarding experiences of my life. My team and I have joyfully represented many wonderful buyers and sellers.

We are a service oriented brokerage with extensive experience in REO disposition from eviction to closing. Billing, cash for keys, evictions, cleanouts, utilities, as well as other standard REO procedures. We provided  BPOs to numerous Banks and Asset Management Companies since 2009.

As a Real Estate Broker we understand that communication is the key to a successful REO transaction. We make it a priority to answer cell phone and email in a timely manner. 

Our goal is to provide Asset Management Companies the best representation and service to maximize their return and recovery of each asset through effective and efficient marketing.

We are aware of current trends and market changes and can relate this information to our clients.

We are certified in Probates, familiar with the process and forms, We work closely with Family Attorneys helping Executors/Administrators to settle the Estates. 

 

I was born and raised in St.Petersburg, Russia and have a Bachelor's degree from Moscow Culture Institute. I've von a " The Student Designer of the Year" Award and Diploma in Fashion Design from Fashion Careers California College.  After been involved in Fashion, Movies and Theatre productions for 15 years I've discovered a new passion in the world of real estate. 

 I fell in love with Real Estate, Architecture and Interior Design.Licensed since 2003 as an agent and as a Broker since 2009. I am a Partner in Construction company We specialize in a small commercial development projects as well as single family dwelings in Los Angeles , San Diego and Phoenix AZ,  Done numerious Rehabs for REOs and built Investment Portfolios.
